Car Rental Terms and Conditions
At WorldCar, we implement the following rental terms and conditions to provide the best service to our customers:

1. Rental Period:
   The minimum rental period is determined as either 24 hours or 48 hours, depending on availability.

2. Driver’s License and Age Requirements:

   • The renter must have held a valid driver’s license for at least 4 years.
   • The minimum age requirement is 24.

3. Payment and Income Declaration:

   • The full rental fee and any additional service charges must be paid before the vehicle is handed over. If payment is not made, the contract cannot be created, and the reservation will be canceled.
   • The renter must have an active credit card registered in their name, and a Findeks credit score may be requested if necessary.
   • Additionally, the renter is required to provide a document proving their official income.

4. Insurance and Usage Conditions:

   • The vehicle can only be driven by the renter and any additional drivers listed in the contract. Damages caused by anyone else driving the vehicle will not be covered by insurance, and the renter will be held responsible.
   • The use of any intoxicating substances during the rental period is strictly prohibited. In such cases, all damages and costs will be the responsibility of the renter.

5. Fuel Policy:

   • The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when it was delivered. If returned with a different fuel level, additional charges may apply.

6. Additional Services and Delivery:

   • Additional services such as an extra driver or baby seat are available. For detailed information regarding delivery and return procedures, please contact the office where the vehicle will be picked up.
